• Keep the front and back gate closed whenever you leave the house, otherwise deer may wander in and eat the flowers.
• Keep doors locked when the house is unoccupied, day or night.
• Be mindful of our neighbors - keep noise and loud music down after 10 pm.
• Turn off BBQ gas valve, and reset controls to OFF position after each use.
• Close patio umbrella during high winds.
• Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet.
• No open flames outside. The outside wood burning stove is strictly decorative.
• There are trash and recycle barrels outside the front gate. Put trash and recyclables out Monday and Thursday evening
for early morning (7am) pick up on Tuesday and Friday. Glass is not recyclable and should be placed with other trash.
Please separate paper from other recyclables.
• Do not smoke inside the house. There are clam shell ashtrays on the front and back decks.
• Please water flower containers outside the front gate, the window boxes, and deck containers in the morning or evening
during hot summer days. The sprinklers take care of the garden areas.

• Strip beds and leave all used linens and towels on the beds.
• Empty the refrigerator before you leave. Condiments may remain.
• Clean up after your pet(s). There is a poop scooper on the back deck for your use.
• Clean BBQ using tools provided nearby, and make sure to shut off propane valve.
• Secure latches on shed door and outdoor shower door.
• Secure rear exit gate.
• Turn off any exterior lighting.
• Close patio umbrella
• Close all windows.
• Replace the house keys on the media cabinet.
• Secure front gate.

MEDIA:
• WiFi - password is located at the top of the media cabinet
For TV, DVD, and Music:
• There are four speakers for Surround Sound in the living room and two additional outside. To use inside speakers only, use the black speaker switch box and put the switch in the Up position. Down position for both inside and outside speakers.
For DVD: Turn on the grey Panasonic receiver. Push the Panasonic selector button to VCR, for DVD sound.
• There are several DVD’s available for your use in the media cabinet (use Samsung remote).
• For TV and music, push the Panasonic selector button to TV.
LAUNDRY:
• If you need to do laundry during your visit, the white Greentech Pure Wash Pro unit above the machine in the shed, uses oxygen to clean without detergent and only cold or tap water. It’s ok to spot clean first with stain remover. Check before you turn on the machine, that only cold water is on.
