• 50% deposit by mid-March is strongly suggested to secure your reservation. The balance + cleaning fee
must be received no later than 4 weeks before your arrival date. Deposit is nonrefundable within 2 weeks of rental date.
• A separate security payment of $500 via a personal check, must accompany the balance at that time,
and will be returned pending inspection of the property.
• A well-behaved pet is welcome at Arondavous, with an additional security fee of $200.
• Mid-week or weekend rentals may be available in September and October.
