  • CHECK-IN: Your rental begins on Friday at 4 p.m. If you have a number of items, heavy bags, etc., Sea Shack Services (631-699-5530) can be called to have them delivered to the house. Arrangements must be made with them a day or more in advance. If I am not able to meet you at the dock, the key to the house will be available at a location on the property. 

  • If you plan on arriving at the island earlier in the afternoon, you may store your belongings on the front deck until check-in time. **It may not be possible to store your perishables before 4pm if the cleaning service is still in the house.
  • ​Spring and Fall guests may arrive in the morning of their rental period. 

  • CHECK-OUT: Check out time is at 11:30 am. 

  • THERE IS NO SMOKING ANYWHERE IN THE HOUSE.
